Welcome to the website for Carpinteria's Pack 50 cub scouts. Here you can find important information such as a calendar of upcoming events and contact information for Scout Leaders.

Cub Scouting means "doing." Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness. Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack. The most important are the weekly den meetings and the monthly pack meetings.

Welcome Back!

Thanks to all the leaders and parents of Pack 50. Without you there would be no Cub Scout program. I look forward to another year of camping, pinewood derby racing and christmas tree selling. I am sure it will be another great scouting year!

Tree Lot Information and Videos

** EVERYONE should view these, especially the newer parents, but also the seasoned veterans.
 
Please remember, that when people are buying our trees they are supporting our Scouts and we need to do the best quality job we can.

    Celebrate Boy Scouts of America's Birthday. Spaghetti dinner and cake. In the Church Parish Hall. Tigers set up tables and chairs and do opening, Wolves skit and WeBeLo's do closing.

    Arrive in full uniform to put flyers on doors.Get there early to get your choice of neigborhoods.  Meet in Scout House parking lot. Wear good walking shoes. Must have an adult walk with you.

  • Scouting for food

    Wear full uniform and pick up food from the neighborhoods you dropped flyers off at. Bring the food back to the scout house for group photo and delivery to food bank in Carpinteria. Committee leader will send photo to Coastal View. This is a National Event.
