Tree Lot emergencies, etc.

Please pass the following on to everyone in your unit, as it contains important info about the tree lot procedure.
NEW THIS YEAR:
Just like doctors, we have a new "on-call" system for the tree lot to make sure things run smoothly. Each day of the week there is an On-Call representative to take care of emergencies, questions, deliveries, and tree spraying. This information is posted in the trailer next to the shift schedule (just inside the door on the left). Mondays & Tuesdays: Troop 50 - Kevin Baird Wednesday & Thursday: Troop 147 - Greg Miles Fridays: Cheryl Smith Saturday & Sunday: Pack 50 - Allan Greeg If you sell a tree to a business please mark the tag (watch video for specifics) and put the tree in the back holding area. While we don't offer deliveries, there are some people who request it. Mark their tree tag with the info (see video) and put it in the holding area. Our on-call "docs" will check this area every evening to take care of whatever needs to be done. Finally, if you have an emergency (the power goes out, the chain saws don't work, cash register freezes) please call!! If the on-call rep can't be reached, then call Cheryl Smith at 566-9103.
